NEW YEAR RESOLUTION
Hello everyone. I hope we all have kept to our promises to ourselves to pursue better eating habits and exercise more for healthier living in 2016. Please note it will be encouraging and useful to hear from you. Let's know what you have done and how you did it during the month of January. All contributions are welcome. Thanks.
This is the beginning of a brand new year. For most of us, it is the time to aspire to put our arts in order by the annual ritual of setting goals and making resolution for the whole year ahead.

1. To lose weight
2. Exercise more
