ORGANIC EDAMAME SPAGHETTI WITH KALE


This recipe serves 4 (8oz) of  Edamame Spaghetti.

INGREIDIENTS

2/3 Cup of chopped onions
1 Cup of sliced mushrooms
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1/2 of a green bell pepper
1/2 of a red bell pepper
1/2 of a yellow bell pepper
1 Cup cut up baby carrots
3 tablespoon of olive oil
Dash of salt and pepper
2 cups of chopped kale

DIRECTION

Boil 8 cup of  water. Add spaghetti and simmer for 4-5 minutes or until cooked.
Rinse under cold water.
In saucepan, heat olive oil then add the onions, garlic and mushrooms.
Cook until light brown. Stir in all the peppers and carrots. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour over the cooked spaghetti, add kale and stir all together, all to simmer for further 3-5 minutes.
Your dish is ready, enjoy it.
