GUAVA

Guava is a tropical fruit cultivated in many tropical and subtropical regions of the world.

Usually guava is eaten raw, in some countries like Mexico it is eaten with a pinch of salt and pepper. Guava can be made into juices, jam and marmalade.

Guavas are rich in dietary fiber and Vitamin C with moderate levels of folic acid. A common guava fruit contains about four times the amount of vitamin C as an orange.
