How often do you drink water? Drinking water helps maintain the balance of body fluids. The functions of fluids include;

Creation of saliva
Transportation of nutrients and maintenance of body temperature.
Why you must drink water:

2. Water can help control your calories intake. (Have a glass of water before meals and you will eat less)
3. Water helps energize muscles (Drink 2 cups of water before or after exercise)
4. Water helps skin look good. (Drinking water prevents excess fluid loss)
5. Water is good for kidneys. (Your kidneys do an amazing job of cleansing your body of toxins as long as your intake of fluids is adequate)
6. Water promotes normal bowel function.
CHOOSE WATER OVER ANY TYPE OF BEVERAGE.
I believe in drinking enough water until your urine is always clear. If it's yellow, drink more.
