Coconut and it's water is good for you


Coconut water is alkaline forming, that is, it balances the blood PH. Fresh coconut water has less sodium and more potassium, calcium, iron and other minerals.  This makes it one of the highest sources of natural and healthy electrolyte drink. It's benefits for the human body are many and include the following; anti-tumor, antioxidant, antifungal,  enhances digestion, diuretic and also immune booster.

  1. I love coconuts but I just can't get myself to enjoy coconut water. It seems to be a craze right now but I don't get it...
