HOME REMEDY FOR COLD AND FLU
1 CLOVE GARLIC
1 KNOB OF GINGER
1 CUP FRESH PINEAPPLE JUICE
5 LEMON JUICED
2 TABLESPOON HONEY
1/4 TEASPOON CAYENNE PEPPER
Blend all ingredients, in a blender. Refrigerate for not more than four days Drink four times a day.
